"Just really slept in the hotel. I don’t like the bathroom personal products as the smell isn’t good for me. Thank goodness I packed my own personal products. The temperature was also warm in the room but my window did open which really helped out! Bed was comfy and the tv worked. "

"Rooms 16-20 on each floor are opposite the main elevators which, given the nature of the hotel are in almost 24hr use. This makes for a very disturbed night. Avoid. The service in the restaurant was very good, but as a captive guest, prices are eye wateringly high for average food. Good shuttle bus service to the terminal. Staff were very helpful and eager to share the joy of TSA lines at JFK"

"Location was good. We stayed over before an early flight at JFK. Shuttle starts at five to JFK. Had a light dinner at the hotel’s small restaurant. Food was good. A little noisy road traffic in evening but died down later. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and seemed recently updated."

"The hotel looked run down. Shelving in bathroom was falling off the wall. No hot water, staff knew of the problem but did not bother mentioning it. No appoligies, and no discounts given "

"I had a mixup when I booked it (my fault) and the lady at the front desk was awesome with helping me get it all fixed. It was midnight and after a 14hr flight from Hong Kong, I just wanted to shower and go to bed. She made it possible. "
